Christmas is coming!

Hello to all our customers old and new.  Christmas is fast approaching and now is the time to think about your special family meal.

We will give you a quick resume as to what is on offer;

Our free range Turkeys and Chickens are provided by the Burn family of Fenham le Moor farm, 8 miles from our doorstep.  Fabulously tasting birds all dressed and prepared for your table.

Mrs Lamb of Fleetham Farm near Seahouses produces our Geese.  A limited number of these are available and so it is first come first served.

Ducks are top quality Gressingham ducks and the finest you can get.

All manner of game is available on request.

The first week in December sees the delivery of our many ribs and sirloins of Beef so that they have time to hang and age and be perfect for Christmas and New Year.  All sourced from northern farms via Thompsons of Whitton le Wear.

Thompsons also provide us with Welsh Pedigree Pork which has a fantastic taste.

We also make a variety of accompaniments for your Christmas meal, homemade stuffings, pigs in blankets, sausage meat and chippolatas.
